Beauty Revolution Joburg Launch Party

We hosted our second launch party in none other than Joburg, home to Africa’s boldest beauty festival! On Thursday, 22 November in the afternoon at A Streetbar Named Desire in Rosebank we hosted a whopping 82 mega influential guests!

The launch was a celebration of the beauty community which we have all come to know and love and an intro to Beauty Revolution Festival 2019 happening on 6 & 7 April at the Sandton Convention Centre. We also announced tickets going live at the launch on: https://itickets.co.za/events/410829

Guests were addressed by our BR team as well as our favourite hype girls, Rabia Ghoor founder of Swiitch Beauty and Thando Hopa, political activist and she had just been named in BBC’s Top 100 most influential women in the world just days prior. They were treated to gifts from Swiitch Beauty, Dove, Lux, Ponds and Tresemme as well as brand new deodorant by zaleb Boity.

The vibey venue was filled with good music and good vibes as DJ Kimmy K better known on Instagram as @iamfomo took us into the afternoon with her deep and sultry tunes. Certainly a great warm up for Beauty Revolution Festival coming to Sandton in April.

The day ended on a high note with most guests staying till the absolute last moment with the help of good music, delicious food and a never ending supply of drinks and good company! Special thanks to A Streetbar Named Desire for their beautiful space and impeccable service on the day!
